Kurigram Correspondent: Police have arrested 5 people while gambling in Ulipur of Kurigram. They were arrested from a studio shop in Buraburi Bazar of the upazila late on Wednesday night.

According to the police, on the basis of tip-off late on Wednesday night, Md. Ruhul Amin (35), Md. Obaidul Islam (28), Mr. Bakul Sen (33) of Botla village, Md. Ershad Ali of Munsi Para, Buraburi while playing gambling at a studio shop in Buraburi Bazar. (33) and Md. Bablu Rana (35) of Buraburi Kamarpara were arrested along with gambling equipment and cash.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Ulipur police station Golam Mortuza said that a case has been filed against the arrested and handed over to the learned court.
