International Desk: An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 has struck the western part of Pakistan. The tremor was felt in the early hours of Wednesday (March 20) local time. However, no casualty or damage has yet been reported. The National Center for Seismology, the national organization for earthquakes, said that an earthquake of magnitude 5.5 struck Pakistan at 2:57 am on Wednesday.
Its depth was 105 km. Earlier last month, a magnitude 4.7 earthquake struck near Pakistan's capital, Islamabad. Before that, the magnitude of the earthquake that hit the country in January was 4.3.
