2 people died in tragic road accident in Thakurgaon

Thakurgaon Correspondent: Mahbuba Begum (45) and Mansur Rahman (50) two sugar mill employees were killed in a tragic road accident in Thakurgaon.

This incident took place in front of Islam Plaza on Bangabandhu Road in the city on Tuesday afternoon when a truck and a motorcycle collided. The deceased Mahbuba Begum is the wife of the deceased Fazlul Haque of Naya Basti of Panchagarh Sadar Upazila and the deceased Mansur Rahman is the son of the deceased Abdur Rahman of Gavindanagar area of ​​Thakurgaon Sadar Upazila.

According to eyewitnesses, Mahbuba Begum was going to Thakurgaon bus stand on the motorcycle of her colleague Mansur Rahman to go to Panchagarh after the office break on Tuesday afternoon. When they reached in front of Islam Plaza on Bangabandhu Road in the city, a truck coming from the opposite direction to Baliadangi hit their motorcycle and both the motorcyclists were thrown on the road.

When Mahbuba started bleeding from her face, the people around took her to Thakurgaon Modern Sadar Hospital. When she was taken to the hospital, the doctor on duty declared Mahbuba dead and ten minutes later Mansoor Rahman also died during first aid.

OC ABM Feroz Wahid of Thakurgaon Sadar police station confirmed the truth of the two victims in the road accident and said that the killer truck could not be arrested. Complaints will be dealt with in this regard.
