2 killed, 5 injured in gun attack in Washington, USA

International Desk: At least two people were killed and five injured in a gun attack in Washington DC, the capital of the United States. This incident happened on Sunday (March 17) morning local time.

Citing the police, CNN reported that the gun attack happened near the Kennedy Recreation Center around 3 am local time. According to the report, deceased Anthony Brown's home is in Washington DC and Jay Luke's home is in Baltimore.

Their age is 32 years. Metropolitan Police Executive Assistant Chief Jeffrey Carroll told the media that the injured have been admitted to a local hospital. However, their physical condition is not known.

Police are still not sure who fired the shots. No one has been arrested yet. The incident is under investigation. Police have announced a reward of 50,000 dollars for information in this regard. Jeffrey Carroll said, 'If anyone has information about this incident, please let us know. Witnesses are asked to contact the Metropolitan Police.
