Rangpur Bureau: The Speaker of Jatiya Sangsad inaugurated the construction work of Joy Smart Service and Employment Training Center (aka) Joy Set Center at Pirganj, Rangpur. In each center, 40 people in a batch will get training facilities including certificate courses. 120 people will get training every day. As such, 480 people will get training in 4 batches in a year from one center.

Joy Set Center will have office infrastructure facilities for District/Upazila ICT officers including digital lab, training room, start-up zone, plug and play zone. The start-up zone will have working facilities with digital devices and connectivity. 15 people will get working facility together at upazila level. Besides, more than 50 thousand people will get digital services from each plug and play zone.

If the youth get training and working space at the upazila level, new entrepreneurs and freelancers will be created and a huge opportunity for self-employment will be created. These young people can earn dollars by freelancing at Joy Set Center. At the same time, delivery of digital and innovative services at the field level will be easier and quality will increase.
