Special prayer and iftar ceremony for orphan children in Bogra on Bangabandhu's birthday

Bogra Representative: On the occasion of the 104th birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day, a special prayer and iftar ceremony was held for orphan children at Chaksutrapur Madrasa in Bogra. This event was held on Sunday with the initiative of Ward No. 4 councilor Abdul Matin Sarkar of Bogra municipality with about two hundred and fifty children.

Like every year, this time also iftar items were organized for the children as well as good quality food. Not only that, before the iftar, a short discussion session was also held for the children, highlighting the colorful political life and patriotism of the Father of the Nation. In addition, the young children pray for the well-being of the country and the decade, along with the hope of the soul of the father of the nation.

Ward No. 4 Awami League President Iftekhar Hasan Jishu, Vice President Mokhleshur Rahman, District Jubo League Religious Affairs Secretary Arif Hossain Kamal, Municipal Jubo League Organizing Secretary Mosharraf Hossain Bulbul, Municipal Labor League President Jalal Sheikh, Paschim Bogra CNG Malik were also present in the event. General Secretary of the association Babar Ali Mollah, Jahangir Hossain, Ripon, Jhumur Sarkar, Tufan Sarkar, Alal Sheikh, James Sarkar etc. Regarding such arrangements, Councilor Matin Sarkar said, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu loved children very much.

Today, on his birthday, he is happy to have Iftar together with about 200 children of the madrasa. He said that the month of Ramadan is the month of sacrifice and moderation. True happiness lies in being good to everyone, so he urged all the able-bodied people of the society to stand by the helpless and orphans as much as possible. Also, this public representative told everyone to be vigilant so that the ideal of the father of the nation is developed in the children from a young age.
