Nilphamari representative: The National Directorate of Consumer Rights has fined two companies for conducting anti-adulteration operation in Saidpur of Nilphamari. These two institutions of the city were fined on Saturday (March 16) afternoon.
Ahzarul Islam, deputy director of the divisional office, conducted the raid. According to the campaign of consumer rights, a company named Bismillah Fruit Store in the city was fined 1 lakh taka for irregular storage of fruit and no price list and 25 thousand taka for mixing color in food in a hotel. In this regard, Ahzarul Islam, the deputy director of the Directorate of Consumer Rights Preservation said, Fines have been imposed on two institutions by conducting raids. The campaign will continue in the future.
