Mother died of stroke after hearing the news of her daughter's death in Pabna

Pabna Correspondent: Daughter Amena Khatun died of cancer in Atgharia, Pabna. And after hearing the news of her daughter's death, the mother died of a stroke. The incident took place in Pateshwar village of Debottar union of the upazila on Monday (March 11) evening. The deceased are Amena Khatun (35), daughter of Alem Molla of Pateshwar village and his wife Ismat Ara (55).

Locals said, daughter Amena Khatun was fighting cancer for a long time. He was admitted to Pabna General Hospital a few days ago. Amena died early on Monday (March 11) while undergoing treatment there. After hearing that news, his mother Ismat Ara suffered a stroke. He was admitted to Pabna General Hospital in critical condition. He also died on Monday evening. Mohaimin Hossain Chanchal, Chairman of Debottar Union Parishad, said, "On the same day, the tragic incident has cast a shadow of mourning on the area. We will try to stand by the family as much as we can. Hadiul Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Atgharia Police Station said, "After learning about the matter, we recovered the body and explained it to the family. The incident is very heartbreaking.
