13 Districts Including Dhaka have Glimpses of Storms at a Speed of 60 km

News Desk: The Meteorological Department has given a glimpse that there may be a storm with a speed of 45 to 60 km over 13 districts of the country including Dhaka. Along with that, the organization has predicted that there may be rain with thunder.

This information was given by the Meteorological Office in a forecast given for the country's inland river ports till 1 pm on Monday (March 4).

According to the notification signed by Manowar Hossain, a temporary gust of 45 to 60 km per hour from north or north-west over Rajshahi, Pabna, Bogra, Tangail, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Faridpur, Jessore, Kushtia, Khulna, Noakhali, Comilla and Sylhet districts. Or rain with gusty winds or rain with thunder. River ports in these areas have been asked to display warning signal number 1.

Meanwhile, according to the latest notification of the Meteorological Office, the weather forecast for 72 hours from 6:00 pm yesterday said that the extension of low pressure is located in West Bengal and adjoining areas. Seasonal normal low pressure is located over South Bay of Bengal.

On the first day, there may be rain with gusty winds or thundershowers at one or two places in Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka and Khulna divisions. Besides, the weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies in other parts of the country. Day temperature remains almost unchanged across the country, but night temperature may increase by 1-2 degrees.

On the second day, rain with temporary gusty winds or rain with thunder may occur at one or two places in Rajshahi, Dhaka and Khulna divisions. Elsewhere in the country, the weather will remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies. Day temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country. But night temperature will increase slightly.

The weather over the country is likely to remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies on the third day. Day temperature may remain almost unchanged and night temperature may decrease by 1-2 degrees.
