After getting out of jail, Fakhrul once again started daydreaming: Kader

News Desk:  General Secretary of Awami League Obaidul Quader has commented that BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has come out of jail and is in a day dream again. He made this comment at a joint meeting held at the Awami League's central office on Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital on Friday (February 16). 

Obaidul Quader advised the BNP to prepare for the next election without thinking about the 'next movement' and said that if the people's government is in power, the material conditions of the movement cannot be found. If the people's government is in power, BNP should feel the issue which is not found in the issue based movement in the country.

In the opening speech at the joint meeting, Awami League General Secretary informed about the presence of Bangladesh in the security conference in Germany and said that Bangabandhu's daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has brought great honor to the country by participating in this conference. Today the democratic world has unhesitatingly accepted the importance of Bangladesh.

The bridge minister said that the geopolitical position of Bangladesh is a fertile field for many people for our enmity. Many hawks have a covetous eye on the Bay of Bengal, St. Martin. But Sheikh Hasina's government has steered balanced diplomacy towards success.

At this time, the party president Obaidul Quader instructed the departmental officials to resolve the internal disputes of the party, including the formation of the expired committee of the party. He said, it is important to solve the organizational problems including overdue conferences of various branches, unfinished conferences of each associate organization, delay in the committee formation process. Departmental in-charges can call all the branches in Dhaka.

Awami League president ordered to start work immediately to solve problems and disputes. Member of Awami League presidium was present at the joint meeting. Md. Abdur Razzaq, Advocate Kamrul Islam, Doctor Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin, Joint General Secretary Mahbub Ul Alam Hanif, AFM Bahauddin Nasim, Central Awami League, Dhaka Metropolitan North South, Dhaka District Awami League and the presidents and general secretaries of affiliated organizations.
