International Desk: Seven people were killed when a small plane crashed in the southeastern state of Minas Gerais in Brazil. This incident happened on Sunday (January 28) when an engine plane crashed. Local authorities have confirmed the plane crash. News from Geo News and NDTV.

The plane took off from Campinas in Sao Paulo state, news agency AFP said, citing the fire service. It later crashed in mid-air around 10:30 am local time. The fire brigade also said that seven people were killed in the incident. But three bodies have been recovered. Images circulated by Brazilian media showed the wreckage of the plane strewn about.

The area where the plane crashed was surrounded by hills and grass and forest. In September last year, a plane crashed in Brazil, killing 14 people. This incident happened in the Amazon forest of the country. At the time, Amazon State Governor Wilson Lima wrote on social media that 12 passengers and two crew members were killed in the plane crash.

The plane crashed north of the city of Brussels. The area is a tourist area. News site G1 reported that the plane could carry 18 passengers. The EMB-110 twin-engine aircraft is manufactured by the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer.
