Such unilateral attacks are incompatible with good neighborly relations and can seriously damage bilateral trust and confidence. Iran's foreign ministry did not immediately comment on the matter.

Earlier on Tuesday, Iran's state media reported that two bases of the Baloch militant group Jaish al-Adal were attacked with missiles in Pakistan. Iranian state media reported that these bases were destroyed by missile and drone attacks, without giving details. Apart from this, the country's Noornews, which is affiliated with Iran's top security agency, said that the targets of the attacks are located in Pakistan's Balochistan province.
