The US stopped all military aid to Ukraine

International Desk: The flow of US aid to Ukraine has stopped because the US Parliament Congress did not approve it. If Congress changes its position on this issue in the future, only then will the aid be reinstated.

US President's National Security Adviser John Kirby confirmed this information at a press conference at the White House on Thursday. The last bill we sent to Congress regarding the aid package was not approved.

So our military aid to Ukraine is suspended for the time being. If Congress changes its position, it will start again. The Biden administration sent a bill to Congress last December asking for $10 billion in military aid to various allied countries.

In this package, 6 billion dollars were allocated for Ukraine. But the Congress blocked that bill. In late December, however, Biden bypassed Congress and sent a $250 million aid package to Ukraine by using his presidential powers, but he was widely criticized in Congress for that.
