300 Russian missile attacks in Ukraine in one week

International Desk: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that Russia has attacked Ukraine with about 300 missiles and more than 200 drones since December 29. He said that Russia tried to harm Ukraine as much as possible. The country's air defense force shot down 10 Kinjal missiles on Tuesday alone. Zelensky thanked the army for playing a role in protecting Ukraine and the country's people by risking their lives.

He also expressed his gratitude to the United Kingdom for contributing to the air defense of Ukraine. Regarding the Russian missile attacks on Kiev and the surrounding region and the city of Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine, Zelensky said rescue operations are continuing in all these places despite the morning-afternoon attacks.

He said that 130 people affected by this attack in Kharkiv, Kiev, Zaporizhia and other regions are receiving all necessary assistance. So far five people have been reported dead in this horrific attack. "My condolences to all those who have lost loved ones," Zelensky said.
