Yusuf Ifti won the best coach award

Own Correspondent: Yusuf Ifti, one of the most established trainers in the country's training sector, brought a great news for the country. Basically he is working in Bangladesh corporate in sales leadership training. On September 15-16, 6th Regional Conference organized by "Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD)" at Biswa Bangla Convention Center in Kolkata, India, 100 out of seven hundred trainers participated in the competition. Among them, Ifti won the first place after a long competition. 

Ifti said, "First 40 people, then 20 people, then first 10 people, and finally 1st and 2nd runners-up were recognized through 2 months of different levels of examination. Where we beat all the trainers from all the countries and won the first place, and the 2nd place. Anuja Sehgal from Delhi, India and Madusudun Dutt from Kolkata, India were among the top ten: Yusuf Ifti, Anuja Sehgal, Madusudhan Dutt, Kedarnath Mukherjee, Partha Dutt, Peresi Sabwala, Praveen Singh, Som Shubhra Mukherjee, Uttam Sahay and Kanad Bhattacharya respectively. Here the judging panel consisted of around 15 members from different countries and none of them knew each other and completed the matter with utmost secrecy.During the award ceremony, the related people including India's famous HR personality TV Rao and the well-known face of HR in Bangladesh, Mosharraf Hossain, were present.

Since 1970, the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) has been organizing various conferences in the Asian subcontinent every year. The main theme of this year's conference was Agility and Sustainability for Organizations. Trainers from India, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh participated in the conference. Personal Life Yusuf Ifti is the CEO of Future Icon. Bangladesh Deputy Education Minister Barrister Muhibul Hasan Chowdhury, MP and West Bengal Labor and Law Minister Malay Ghatak were present as chief guests in this event. 

Yusuf Ifti has been working in the corporate world of Bangladesh for more than 2 decades as a sales and sales leadership trainer with great reputation. He is currently pursuing a PhD degree on training from Putra Business School, Putra University Malaysia.

Expressing his feelings, Yusuf Ifti said, "This achievement is a great pleasure for me as well as for all the trainers in Bangladesh. Since the ancient times, the corporate owners of our country are very attracted to foreign trainers, but today it has been proved that Bangladesh is now the world-class trainer. There are. Who can transform the people of Bangladesh into skilled manpower. This achievement will give me a lot of motivation to work ahead and help us to get more jobs in this subcontinent. After the event, I went to the Managing Director of Navaratna Coal India in India from him to the company. I have been invited to work which I will do soon.Finally I would like to express my gratitude to all those who have helped me in this achievement especially my mentor Mr. Kazi M Ahmad. 

25 corporate personalities from Bangladesh participated in this event. Among whom Professor Dr. Farid Sobhani, Mosharraf Hossain, Nilufar Karim, Zanibul Haque, Roshan Ali Bulbul are notable.
