
International Desk : At least three separatists have been killed in clashes with security forces at two separate locations in Indian-controlled Jammu and Kashmir. The incident took place in clashes in Jammu's Uri and Kashmir's Baramulla districts on Saturday. However, alert soldiers managed to stop the terrorists by monitoring their movements. The Chinese wing of the Indian Army said, 'A joint operation by the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police and intelligence agencies foiled an infiltration attempt by terrorists along the Line of Actual Control in Uri sector of Baramulla.
Security forces have eliminated a third terrorist after two terrorists were gunned down within hours of Saturday morning, police in Kashmir said. The bodies of two were removed but the body of the third could not be recovered due to firing from the nearby Pakistani security posts.
