News Desk: 12 students of Dhaka University have been permanently expelled from Dhaka University as various allegations including digital fraud and illegal admission have been proved. In addition, 151 students have been expelled for various reasons for failing the exams.
This information was given in a press release sent from the public relations office of the university on Monday (March 1) at noon. The decision to expel was taken as per the recommendation of the disciplinary council at a meeting of the syndicate held at the Nawab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Building of the university on Sunday (February 26), the press release said. Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. Akhtaruzzaman presided over the meeting of the syndicate.
