Instructing the concerned people to build BRTA as a proper service-oriented organization, Obaidul Quader said, "Customers are still suffering to get the services of this organization." However, this suffering is decreasing due to the use of technology. Increasing the scope of digital services will reduce corruption and irregularities. Mentioning that there is still violence of brokers in BRTA, he said, "They have contacts with some officials and employees of the office. This cycle has developed in their friendship.

" Instructing the Divisional Commissioners of Road Transport and Bridges, the Minister said that in order to conduct a mobile court against any irregularities in the matter of transport, one has to work under the direction of the Deputy Commissioner and be vocal against the irregularities. The Minister strongly instructed the concerned to stop reckless driving on the roads and highways and said that a sub-committee has already been constituted at the Road Safety Council meeting to decide the strategy in this regard.
