News Desk: BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will return home this evening after undergoing treatment in Singapore. BNP chairperson Media Young member Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the information.

He said BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam will arrive in Dhaka on Biman Bangladesh Airlines at 7pm on Thursday after treatment. It may be mentioned that on January 30, the BNP secretary general went to Singapore for treatment on a flight of Bangladesh Biman. The secretary-general was accompanied by his wife Rahat Ara Begum.

BNP secretary general has been treated at Singapore's Farar Park Hospital. He underwent an endoscopy last Monday after a nerve block was found in his neck.
