Human chain in Kubi demanding to take the test

CUBI CORRESPONDENT: Students of Comilla University (CUBI) have staged a human chain demanding examination. The students started the human chain at the foot of the Bangabandhu sculpture of the university at 11:30 am on Wednesday (February 24). At that time the students demanded to take the test and said, we have to take the test, we want to be free from session clutter.

At least with the ongoing exams, we don't have to study in session anymore. Meanwhile, Tamim Ruhul, a first-year master's student in the marketing department of the university, said, 'The main objective of our human chain is to get rid of session clutter. It is very important for those who are at least in the Masters to have an ongoing exam. Our only demand is to at least finish the departments in which the examinations are going on.

They also said that a memorandum would be submitted to the vice-chancellor after the human chain. Education Minister Dr. emergency press conference online on Monday afternoon. Dipu Moni directed to stop all ongoing examinations in public universities of the country. In this context, the same decision has been taken at Comilla University.

It may be mentioned that the administration of Comilla University had started taking the final examination on December 20 after the educational institutions were closed for a long time due to the coronavirus epidemic. Since then, many undergraduate and postgraduate examinations have been completed in various departments, but the ongoing examinations have also stalled.
