BNP's protest rally started in front of the National Press Club

News Desk: The BNP has started a protest rally in front of the National Press Club as part of the celebration of 'Democracy Killing Day', mentioning that 'vote robbery' took place on the night before the 11th parliamentary elections on December 30, 2016.

Leaders and activists of various levels of BNP and its affiliated organizations gathered in front of the press club from 10:30 am on Wednesday. Members of the law enforcement agencies are also on alert regarding the BNP's program. The program officially started at 11 a.m. with the recitation of the Qur'an. After the start of the program, when the procession leaders and activists from different parts of the city came in front of the press club with the procession, there was a slight tension with the police.

At that time, the BNP leaders and activists were dispersed and took position on the road around the National Press Club. Traffic jam has been created on the road due to BNP's program. BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and other senior leaders were present at the rally.
