Anti-narcotics seminar held at Narail Technical Training Centre

Narail Corespondent: Anti-narcotics seminar held in Narail. On March 11 at 11 am, the anti-narcotics seminar was held at Narail Technical Training Center (TTC) under the initiative of Narcotics Control Directorate, Narail, with the aim of preventing drug abuse, eradicating harmful drugs and building a social movement against drugs. Medical Officer Doctor Shamimur Rahman was present as the chief guest on behalf of Civil Surgeon.

Additional Superintendent of Police Tarek Al Mehdi, District Education Officer Muhammad Jahangir Alam, District Information Officer Muhammad Rostam Ali were present as special guests. Narail District Narcotics Control Directorate Assistant Director Mohammad Nazrul Islam presented the main article. Narail Technical Training Center (TTS) Principal Abul Bashar Al Mamun presided. The program was conducted by Inspector Md. Abdus Salam. Speakers in the event said, drug is a social disease, if cancer is not controlled, the society will be destroyed. So social movement should be developed to eradicate drugs. Its misuse must be prevented. At the end of the ceremony, anti-drug leaflets, notebooks and pens were distributed among the students present.
