DU's science unit admission test was held at Nazrul University Center

Nazrul University representative: The admission test of the science unit of the undergraduate admission program of Dhaka University for the academic year 2023-24 was held smoothly and peacefully at Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University Campus Center.

The exam was held on Friday (March 01) from 11 am to 12:30 pm. 

Before the start of the admission test, the University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Soumitra Shekhar visited various rooms of the centre. At this time, Vigilance sub-committee member Treasurer Professor Dr. Ataur Rahman, registrar agriculturist Dr. Md. Humayun Kabir and others were present. 

Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. visited the admission test center. Soumitra Shekhar said that the admission test of Dhaka University was conducted in a very happy and fair environment. We have successfully taken the admission test of two units of Dhaka University before. Nazrul University has been chosen as the center of Mymensingh region. Our sincere thanks and gratitude to ASM Maqsood Kamal.

He said, while organizing this examination, our university teachers, officials, employees, students, active organizations including students' political organizations, local administration, people, journalists have given us full support. All the admission test organizing committee worked tirelessly. All in all, our entrance exams have been held very happily with the help of everyone. I thank everyone for this. We will review our experiences this time and decide what to do for organizing future entrance exams.

Seeing the fair and peaceful environment of the examination on this day, the parents present expressed their gratitude to the university administration.

It is to be noted that 5 thousand 4 hundred 15 candidates were present in Nazrul University center out of 6 thousand 1 hundred 17 candidates in the admission test of science unit. 702 people were absent. Attendance rate is 88.52 percent.
