International Desk: The Israeli forces are facing an intense situation during the ground operation in Gaza, which is besieged by Palestine. Hundreds of Israeli soldiers were injured there. Israel has conducted more than 1500 operations to return these soldiers. Benjamin Netanyahu's administration is struggling to rescue the wounded from Gaza. The Israeli army announced on Saturday that the Operational Transport Unit has carried out more than 1,500 operations to evacuate wounded soldiers from the Gaza Strip since October 27.

The Israeli army released a video showing soldiers evacuating the wounded from the Strip using military vehicles. A helicopter is waiting to take them to a hospital inside Israel. As of Saturday, the Israeli army has reported 561 officers and soldiers killed since the start of the war, including 224 since the start of the ground operation in Gaza. According to data published on the Israeli army's website, 2,851 officers and soldiers have been wounded as of Saturday. Out of this, 1,296 people were injured during the ground operation.

According to the Ministry of Health of Gaza, since the beginning of the conflict on October 7, 27 thousand 238 people have been killed in the territory. 66 thousand 452 Palestinians were injured. Israel has been attacking the besieged Gaza by air, sea and land for about four months. Almost all of Gaza has been reduced to rubble.

Thousands of houses were razed to the ground. Israel is attacking indiscriminately with the aim of eliminating the Palestinian independence organization Hamas. However, the main strength of Hamas is that 80 percent of the tunnels there are still intact, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal. The US media reported that despite the intense attacks of Israel in Gaza for several weeks, not even 20 percent of the complex network of Hamas tunnels was damaged.

80 percent of it is still intact. American and Israeli officials say most of the hundreds of kilometers of Hamas tunnels remain secure despite the Israeli assault. The United Nations says the Israeli offensive has displaced 85% of Gaza's population internally amid acute shortages of food, clean water and medicine. In addition, 60% of carrot infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed.
