International Desk: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has been talking about a counterattack against Russia for several days. But until today, the war-torn country could not show any such 'dazzle'. The president of Ukraine spoke about the issue again. He said his country's military was ready to launch a long-awaited counter-offensive against Russia. But he fears that as Russia is more powerful in air power, they could suffer heavy casualties.

The news agency Reuters reported that the leader of the warring country expressed such fears in an interview published on Saturday. Zelensky said, I strongly believe that we will be successful in recovering the territories that Russia has occupied. But I don't know how long it will take to start this campaign. To be honest, this campaign could have started in different ways, completely different. We are going to start this operation, we are ready for this," said the President of Ukraine.

The British news agency reported that Zelensky expressed fear that if Ukraine is not given the necessary weapons to counter Russian air power, a large number of our troops will die. Incidentally, Ukraine has been saying for the past few months that Kiev is preparing to launch a counter-operation against Russia. However, Ukraine's president has always said that launching such an operation would be too dangerous unless massive Western weapons arrived to counter Russia's air power.
