International desk: Russia has again launched a large-scale missile attack on the capital of Ukraine, Kiev. Three people including two children were killed in the attack. More than a dozen people were injured.

The latest attack (Wednesday night) took place in East Desnianskyi and Dniprovskyi districts. It was the fourth attack this week and the 17th in May. All but one of the attacks took place at night.
Ukrainian officials said that based on preliminary information, the details of the dead and wounded in the new attack were known. Photos shared by military authorities showed rescue teams carrying out operations in damaged buildings. They are pulling out the dead and injured from the rubble. In several Telegram posts Thursday morning, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said there had been "a series of explosions" in the city. Rescuers are working. He said, 14 people were injured in the attack. Nine of them have been taken to hospital.
