Inauguration of Livestock Service Week and Exhibition at Panchagarh

Al Masud, Panchagarh: With the slogan Smart Livestock, Smart Bangladesh, Panchagarh Sadar Upazila Livestock Department and Veterinary Hospital and Animal Resources and Dairy Development Project LDDP, Directorate of Livestock, Livestock Exhibition 2023 was held in cooperation with the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock. The auspicious opening of the exhibition fair was held at noon on Sunday (February 26) at the Upazila Parishad square.

Under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Masudul Haque, Mr. Alhaj Md. Majaharul Haque, Member of Parliament of Panchagarh-1 Constituency, inaugurated the fair by cutting the ribbon and blowing balloons. After the inauguration, the guests visited various stalls.

In addition, Panchagarh Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Md. Amirul Islam, Vice Chairman Kazi Al Tariq, District Veterinary Officer Dr. Salim Uddin, Sadar Upazila Animal Resources Officer Dr. Eminent persons including Sahidul Islam and others. In the said exhibition, 50 farmers of Sadar Upazila participated in the exhibition with their cows, buffaloes, goats, horses, sheep, poultry and pigeons of different breeds.
