News Desk:  BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that the government wants to destabilize the country by creating a conflict situation from the very beginning. BNP is carrying out peaceful programs. BNP has spread the movement to the grassroots. After we gave a program at the union level, now Awami League is giving a counter program.

He said that the government is afraid and is creating a conflict situation to retain its power. He urged the Awami League to withdraw the counter program at the union level.

Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said these things in a press conference at the BNP Chairperson's political office in Gulshan on Tuesday. The press conference was originally organized to announce the decision of the party's highest policy-making forum-standing committee meeting.

Mirza Fakhrul said that BNP wants to have a peaceful movement, but when the people want, the hartal will be blocked. I hope the good will of the government will emerge. Peacefully accept ten point demands.

He said, by uniting the people, the government will be forced to hold elections under a neutral caretaker government. Every political party wants elections under neutral government. The government will be forced to accept the demands through a peaceful program. Initiatives should be taken on how to conduct some more elections under caretaker government.
