In the beginning, the stock market was bullish

News desk: After three consecutive working days of price decline, the stock market is showing an upward trend in the price index at the beginning of trading on Wednesday, the fourth working day of the week. At the same time, there is a slightly better speed in transactions.

At the beginning of the session, prices appeared to be bullish, but there were more firms on the bearish list than on the bullish list.

In the first half-hour of trading, the main stock market Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) saw a 26 percent increase in the price of shares and units of companies. The main price index increased by 10 points. And the transaction was 100 crore rupees.

In the other stock market Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), the index is up in the first half hour of trading. At the same time, the market has more companies on the list of price hikes. However, there is a slight slowdown in transactions.

On this day, trading in the stock market started by increasing the share prices of most of the companies. As a result, the main index of DSE increased by 8 points after the start of trading. This upward trend seen at the beginning of trading continued throughout the first half hour.

However, the list of price drops increased as the trading hours progressed. As of 10:44 a.m. till writing this report, 61 companies have entered the list of share and unit price increase in DSE. On the contrary, the price of 86 has decreased. And the price of 88 remains unchanged.

The main index of DSE increased by 12 points. Among the other two indices, the DSE-30 index increased by 4 points. And DSE Shariah index increased by 3 points. So far, 121 crore 79 lakh taka has been traded in DSE.

The overall index CASPI of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) has increased by 24 points. 69 lakhs was transacted. Of the 51 institutions that participated in the transaction, 22 increased, 13 decreased and 16 remained unchanged.
