Sports Desk: There is no obstacle for the Bangladesh team to play directly in the ODI World Cup to be held in India next year (2023). The Tigers have two more series left before the World Cup, but before that, Tamim Iqbal's team has secured the World Cup for India.

Bangladesh team has won 12 matches by playing 18 matches in six series within the time set by ICC. Where the total points earned is 120. Apart from Bangladesh, England, Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan and hosts India have confirmed participation in the World Cup.

After Afghanistan's great victory against Sri Lanka last Friday, Bangladesh's way to play in the World Cup was cleared. Apart from the host country India, the top 7 teams of the Super League will directly participate in the upcoming World Cup.

Bangladesh has a series against England next year (March 2023). Then there is the series again against Ireland in May. However, even if they do not win any match in these two series, there is no obstacle for Bangladesh to play directly in the World Cup.
