On the first day of HSC, 20 thousand were absent in 10 education boards of the country, 21 were expelled

News desk: HSC and equivalent exams have started across the country through Bangla Pratham Patra. The exam started from 11 am on Sunday (November 6) and lasted until 1 pm. 20 thousand 354 people were absent from 10 education boards of the country on the first day of the examination. 21 people have been expelled for adopting dishonest methods. This information was informed from the control room of the Ministry of Education on Sunday evening.

According to the information of the Ministry of Education, 3 thousand 509 people were absent out of a total of 2 lakh 73 thousand 70 people in 285 centers in Dhaka Education Board. 1 thousand 356 people in Chittagong board, 2 thousand 158 people in Rajshahi board, 967 people absent and one expelled in Barisal board, 968 people in Sylhet board, 1 thousand 818 people in Dinajpur board, 1 thousand 762 people absent in Comilla board and 5 people have been expelled. 813 candidates were absent in Mymensingh Board and 1 thousand 904 candidates were absent in Jessore Education Board. A total of 15 thousand 255 candidates were absent out of 9 lakh 58 thousand 951 candidates in nine general boards.

Its rate is 1.59 percent. Six examinees were expelled. On the other hand, the Bengali Prothompatra (compulsory) examination under this board has been canceled due to the distribution of wrong question papers in the technical education board. It is known from the concerned board that the examination time will be announced later. On the other hand, a total of 5 thousand 99 out of 93 thousand 252 examinees were absent in 448 examination centers across the country under Madrasa Education Board. Absence rate is 5.47 percent with 15 expulsions.
