A couple of months ago, he was arrested by the police at the Mumbai airport after returning home from Dubai. Like many others, Salman had a hand behind it - he commented like that.
Earlier, KRK got involved in the case by making controversial comments about Salman's movie and his charity organization 'Being Human'. From that thought, he had the idea that Bhaijaan was behind the arrest case. But this time, the 'Desdrohi' actor may have made a mistake. Salman himself said that he had no hand behind his arrest.
The controversial film critic changed his tune on Twitter on Sunday (October 30). In a new tweet, KRK wrote, 'I want to inform all media that Salman Khan was not behind my arrest. As I thought, I was wrong. Someone else waved the crowbar from behind.' He then mentioned Salman and wrote, 'I'm really sorry for misunderstanding you brother. I apologize if I have offended you in any way. I voluntarily decide that I will not review any more of your movies.'
Karan Johar along with Salman also claimed KRK innocent. He said, 'Many still think that Karan Johar was behind my arrest. But I reiterate that my arrest has nothing to do with Karan Johar.'
Incidentally, on April 30, 2020, Yuva Sena leader Rahul Kanal alleged that KRK had spread 'hatred' against the late Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor in his tweets. He was arrested in view of this complaint. Then on August 30, the court sent him to judicial custody for 14 days.
