The arrested accused have committed the crime of Section 25-B (2) of the Special Powers Act- 1974 by illegally bringing prohibited narcotic drugs and foreign liquor into Bangladesh for the purpose of sale. In this regard, RAB became the plaintiff and a case was registered at Kotwali Model Police Station of Mymensingh district.
