Brother's death due to brother's punch in Ashulia

Savar Correspondent: Cousin dies after brother punches him over encroachment of a government road at Ashulia in Savar. The incident took place in front of Nazrul's house in Ashulia's Nishchintpur Paschim Para area around Sunday morning. The deceased Haji Jamat Ali Mondal is the son of Nandura member of Nishchintpur Paschim Para area of ​​Ashulia in Dhaka district. The defendants are two sons of War Uddin from the same area, Delwar Hossain alias Delu (45) and his brother Nazrul Ali (40). Deceased Azmat Ali is their cousin. Locals said that in the morning the accused Nazrul tried to encroach on a part of his land by building a wall above the government road. When Jamat Ali protested about the matter, there was an argument with Nazrul and Delwar at one stage. Later, Delwar Hossain hit Jamat Ali in the chest. As he was bleeding from his nose and mouth, he was quickly rescued and taken to the hospital. Later the doctors there declared him dead Alam, son of the deceased Jamat Ali, said, I came to the hospital with my father after the incident. Two of them (Nazrul and Delwar) killed my father. When my father and uncle protested when they put up a land wall above the government road, Delwar punched my father hard in the chest. Immediately my father's nose and mouth started bleeding. My father died after being taken to the hospital. I want justice for this murder. Ashulia Police Station Inspector (Investigation) Ziaul Islam said that the murder took place in a dispute over the construction of a wall on the road. The body of the deceased was recovered and sent to Dhaka's Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital for post-mortem. He said that necessary action will be taken if complaints are received in this regard.
