A fine of one and a half lakh rupees in Phatikchari for illegally cutting soil

Aminul Haque has been fined 1,50,000 taka (one and a half lakh taka) for illegally cutting soil with the help of an excavator machine in the dark area of ​​Dhurung canal dam at night in Fatikchari, Chittagong. As the truth of the incident was revealed, the driver along with the excavator machine was arrested. At the same time, a person named Md. Lokman was sentenced to 7 (seven) days without work under section 188 of the Bangladesh Penal Code 1860 for violating government restrictions by driving under the influence of alcohol. On Friday (August 5) in the night before dawn, a mobile court operation was conducted by Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate ATM Kamrul Islam with the help of Phatikchari Police Station in the area near Banshghata Bridge of Sundarpur UP of Upazila. In this regard, Assistant Commissioner (Land) ATM Kamrul Islam said, such operations will continue in public interest.
