DSCC budget announcement on Thursday

News Desk: Mayor Sheikh Fazle Noor Tapas has announced the budget for the last two fiscal years after assuming the post of mayor in Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC). Recently the third budget of the corporation has also been approved. DSCC is going to announce this budget through a press conference on Thursday (August 4).

Dhaka South City Corporation Secretary Akramuzzman said that a press conference has been organized at Nagar Bhaban on Thursday. There DSCC Mayor Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Tapas will announce the 2022-23 financial year budget of Dhaka South City Corporation. All councilors, heads of departments and regional officers of Dhaka South City Corporation have already been instructed to attend the event.

Public Relations Officer of Dhaka South City Corporation Abu Nacher said in this regard, the budget of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) for the fiscal year 2022-23 of Tk 6 thousand 741 crore 28 lakh has been approved. This budget was unanimously approved in the fifteenth corporation meeting of the second council of Dhaka South City Corporation at Mayor Hanif Auditorium of Nagar Bhavan on July 26. The revised budget for the financial year 2021-22 was also approved in the meeting.
