Tofazzal Hossain, Pabna: In Bhangura upazila of Pabna, the local upazila administration has started eviction of the illegal structures built on the site of Baral river. On Tuesday (July 2) afternoon, under the leadership of Assistant Commissioner Land and Executive Magistrate Bipasha Hossain, an illegally constructed two-storey building was demolished. Bhangura upazila executive officer of Pabna Nahid Hasan Khan confirmed this information and said that Ranju Molla, son of deceased Yachin Molla of Choubaria Dakshinpara village of Bhangura upazila, started construction of two-storied structure illegally in the place of Baral river. Locals complained to the upazila administration. Ranju Mollah continued to build this structure for commercial purpose despite being warned several times after receiving the complaint. The administration vacated the illegal establishment on Tuesday. The under-construction building was demolished with the help of Bhangura Thana police.
