News desk: Amit Habib, editor of Dainik Desh Parwaran, is no more. He died on Thursday (July 28) at 11 pm while undergoing treatment at the Neuroscience Hospital. This has been confirmed by the Executive Secretary of Desh Parwanm Mustafa Mamun. He said that he was taken from BRB Hospital to Neuroscience Hospital three days ago due to bad physical condition. But still the situation continues to deteriorate. He has finally left us and crossed over to the land of no return. In 1987, Amit Habib started his career as a reporter and sub-editor at Khabar Group of Publications. Later, he joined the weekly forecast newspaper as a sub-editor. Later, in 1991, he joined Dainik Ajker Kagaz newspaper as a senior sub-editor. The following year, he joined the same post in Dainik Bhorer paper. Within a few days he was promoted to Joint News Editor and then News Editor. In 2003, this famous journalist joined Dainik Jayzaydin newspaper as chief news editor. However, the magazine came to the market in 2006. He joined China International Radio as a foreign expert and returned to the country in 2007 considering the distance with domestic journalism. He joined Dainik Samakale as chief news editor the following year. He left the post of Chief News Editor of Dainik Samakal and joined Kal Kanth as Executive Editor in 2009. Later, Amit Habib served as the advisory editor from 2013. Amit Habib joined Dainik Desh Panwaran as editor last in 2017.
