66 more dengue patients are admitted to the hospital

News Desk: Dengue fever patients are increasing all over the country including the capital. As a result, 66 new patients have been admitted to different hospitals in the last 24 hours. On Monday (July 18), the statement about dengue sent from the Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room of the Department of Health informed this information. It is said that in the last 24 hours, 66 new patients have been admitted to different hospitals of the country due to dengue fever. Among them, 44 new dengue patients were admitted in Dhaka and 22 outside Dhaka. At present, a total of 234 dengue patients are hospitalized across the country. Among them, 177 people are admitted in different hospitals in Dhaka and 54 dengue patients are admitted in hospitals outside Dhaka. From January 1 to July 18 this year, the total number of patients admitted to various hospitals in the country is 1,788. Among them, the total number of patients admitted in Dhaka is 1 thousand 535 people and 254 people outside Dhaka. At the same time, the total number of discharged patients across the country is 1,552. Among them, the total number of discharged patients in Dhaka is 1 thousand 357 and 195 outside Dhaka. In addition, three people have died due to dengue this year.
