Forty-five members of the Air Force received the Integrity Award

News Desk: For the first time, 45 members of the Bangladesh Air Force have been awarded the Integrity Award 2021-2022. Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sheikh Abdul Hannan on Wednesday (July 7th) presented certificates to the award-winning Air Force officers, Air Force, MODC (Air) and civilian members as the chief guest at the Air Force Headquarters. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release. According to ISPR, the policy of awarding Integrity Rewards to the Air Force was formulated in the light of the national policy to inspire members of all levels working in the Air Force to practice integrity. In the financial year 2021-22, 12 officers in the Air Force, 26 Airmen, 3 MODCs and 4 civilians were nominated for the Integrity Award. Among them, 18 personnel of all ranks of Biman Sadar and Biman Sadar Unit have received certificates of integrity from the Chief of Army Staff. Others receive awards from their respective base / unit captains. After handing over the certificate, the Chief of Air Staff said that the National Integrity Strategy was formulated in 2012 under the direction of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the belief of building a golden Bengal. To this end, the government has formulated the National Integrity Award Policy-2018. In light of this, the Integrity Award was introduced to give more encouragement to the officers and employees of the Air Force. He added that all the awardees have made significant contributions to the development and advancement of the Air Force. The ceremony was attended by Assistant Chiefs of Air Staff, Air Commander Biman Sadar (U), Directors of Biman Sadar, senior officials and Airmen.
