The pass rate in DU 'A' unit is 10.39 percent

News Desk: The results of the admission test of the first year undergraduate (honors) class of the ‘A’ unit of the Faculty of Science in the academic year 2021-22 of Dhaka University (DU) have been released. Only 11 thousand 46 students have passed it. Which is 10.39 percent of the total students. The remaining 69.61 percent students have failed. Monday (July 4) at 12 noon, the University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. Akhtaruzzaman was present as the chief guest while Professor Abdul Matin Chowdhury of the Administrative Building officially unveiled the results of the admission test in the virtual classroom. This year 1 lakh 15 thousand 69 people applied for ‘A’ unit. Of these, 1 lakh 10 thousand 374 people participated in the admission test. The admission test of ‘A’ unit was held on 10th June. The examination was held simultaneously at the Dhaka University campus and at public universities in seven departments across the country.
