'Padma bridge will not be damaged in next 100 years'

News Desk: Proper maintenance will not cause any damage to the Padma Bridge in the next 100 years, said the Cabinet Secretary. Khandaker Anwarul Islam. He was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Padma Bridge at the Mawa end of Munshiganj on Saturday (June 25). Khandaker Anwarul Islam said, “The dream Padma Bridge is a unique example of world architecture. We are proud of the construction of this bridge. The Padma Bridge has a 100-year architectural guarantee. ” Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader is presiding over the function. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is present as the chief guest on the occasion. The Cabinet Secretary also expressed his gratitude to the concerned people including the Bangladesh Army for their support in this historic project.
