Philippines has good relations with Bangladesh government: Philippine Minister of Commerce

Savar Correspondent: Sukarno Abas, Minister for Trade, Investment and Tourism of the Philippines, who is visiting Bangladesh, said that the Philippines has good relations with the Bangladesh government.

He made the remarks while paying homage to the best children of the nation at the National Memorial on Wednesday afternoon.

At the time, he said, Bangladesh is now an investment-friendly country. So now Philippine businessmen will be interested in investing in this country. Bangladesh is now a very developed country. He thanked the Government of Bangladesh for its development and progress.

He added that the Philippine government is keen to assist and co-operate with Bangladesh on any issue. The Philippine government will stand by Bangladesh in any need.

Earlier, he visited the Tentuljhora Union Parishad office in Savar upazila. During this time, various gifts were handed over to the Philippine minister. Currently employed in Bangladesh
