BNP's politics is coming to an end in the development work of the government: Hanif

News Desk: Awami League Joint-General Secretary and Member of Parliament for Kushtia-3 Sadar constituency Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif has said that the Awami League has no record of delaying the election; The BNP has.

He said the BNP had not handed over power peacefully or constitutionally since coming to power twice (1996 and 2008). Even after the expiration of the term, they tried to hold on to power in various ways. Later he was forced to relinquish power in the face of intense people's movement.

MP Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif told reporters at his residence in Kushtia on Friday (June 3) morning. "Neither the BNP nor Mirza Fakhrul has ever said anything positive since the current government came to power," Hanif said, adding that he has always spoken negatively. They say the country is being destroyed. But the country is moving forward even in their words. Even then Mirza Fakhrul is playing his broken record, saying the government is finishing everything.

He further said, "BNP's politics is coming to an end due to this development work of the government." Out of this frustration, Mirza Fakhrul is saying such negative things. ' Leaders and activists of the district Awami League and its affiliates were present at the time.
