Jacqueline Fernandez can go abroad with a deposit of Rs 50 lakh

Entertainment Desk: Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez has finally been allowed to travel abroad. The actress has a close relationship with Sukesh Chandrasekhar, a notorious cheater in India, so the country's administration has started monitoring her. He is banned from traveling abroad.

The court granted Jacqueline's application with certain conditions. Additional Sessions Judge Praveen Singh said, "The application was granted on the basis of facts and circumstances." The applicant was allowed to stay in the UAE from 31 May to 6 June. The LOC issued against him will be suspended at this time.

However, the court asked Jacqueline to deposit Rs 5 million before traveling abroad. He has to deposit this money as a guarantee to return to the country. Regarding the imposition of conditions, the court said, "The applicant has to submit an FDR of Rs 5 million along with a pledge." If the applicant does not return to the country, this money will not be refunded. Apart from that the applicant has to submit all the travel documents and phone number. After returning to the country, the investigating agency has to be informed about the matter.

Jacqueline Fernandez's boyfriend Sukesh Chandrasekhar has a money laundering case worth Rs 200 crore. He is also accused of embezzling crores of rupees. The probe agency has filed a chargesheet against Sukesh Chandrasekhar and others in a money laundering case in a Delhi court. Sukesh Tihar has allegedly extorted Rs 200 crore from the wife of a businessman while he was in jail. Chandrasekhar gave money to Jacqueline. The central agency has also received evidence of financial transactions.

According to the Indian Enforcement Directorate (ED), Sukesh Chandrasekhar admitted that he had given Jacqueline a horse worth Rs 52 crore. Not only that, Sukesh also gifted a cat worth Rs 9 lakh to the actress who is famous for her movie 'Kick'. He used to call Jacqueline from Tihar Jail. He also used to send chocolates and bouquets of flowers.
