Ubaydullah Rumi, Ishwarganj (Mymensingh): The family of a school teacher was attacked in Ishwarganj of Mymensingh. Nur Hossain, the husband of the school teacher, has lodged a written complaint with Ishwarganj Police Station. According to family and complaint sources, Muhaiminul Islam Shamim (36), son of Alal Uddin of Charhosenpur village in Ward 1 of Ishwarganj Municipality of the upazila, Hadis Mia (33), Alam Mia (22) and Alal Uddin, son of late Shafir Uddin had a land dispute with school teacher's husband Nur Hossain. Was coming. As a result of the dispute, the plaintiff attacked the Sonar Medina Furniture Door and Gallery shop at the Joybangla intersection on Friday afternoon, May 26, and kicked Nur Hossain, the school teacher's husband, out of the shop. Later, the school teacher and her daughter came forward at Nur Hossain's shout and the defendants beat and injured them. The school teacher's husband Nur Hossain, school teacher and daughter were injured. Later the locals rescued them and took them to the doctor. Asked about this, the school teacher's husband Nur Hossain said that a case had been pending in the court since 2011 due to a land dispute. At first, if the verdict of Ishwarganj Senior George Court was in my favor, then Rana Al Masud appealed to Mymensingh 3rd Joint George Court. Appeals for reconsideration not received on appeal. When the last appeal was made to the High Court, the court verdict came in my favor in the appeal No. 1174/2019. After receiving the latest judgment of the Hon'ble High Court, the owner of the said land and my possession of the land still exists. The accused said. Mohaiminul Islam Shamim said, "My father exchanged a voice exchange with Nur Hossain's father." Later, even though I understood their land, Nur Hossain's father died without explaining it to my father. Then when we want to occupy our land, they come to beat us. On Friday afternoon, when we were asked to explain the land we owed, Nur Hossain started cursing in vulgar language. At one point, when I was about to be beaten, the locals came and took me away from the scene. Ishwarganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge Peerzada Sheikh Mohammad Mostachinur Rahman (PPM) said both the parties had lodged a written complaint. Action will be taken on the basis of the court's verdict. The situation remains calm.
