Former Australian off-spinner Nathan Haritz has been appointed as Ireland's coach. He has been appointed as the first spin bowling coach of the Irish. Nathan will take charge of the Irish after August due to a work permit issue. There he will work for both the men's and women's teams of the country. Nathan retired from all forms of cricket in 2016. After that he enrolled in coaching. Nathan has played for Ajit for 9 years in his career. He has taken 127 wickets in three formats for Australia in his international career. She coached the Big Bash team Brisbane Heat and the women's team Queensland Fire. Nathan also represented his country in six matches, including 16 Tests between 2002 and 2011. He has been successfully coaching the Big Bash League for the last two years.
