The second is the people involved in the war-torn business sectors in Ukraine. " The IMF works with governments to stabilize the world economy and increase prosperity. Food prices have risen at a record rate this year, as have oil and gas prices. Therefore, the company feels that the government in the country is facing new challenges to stabilize commodity prices.
