Incentive meeting for conservation and development of native species of fish and snails at Kaukhali

Bashir Ahmed, Pirojpur: The Kaukhali Upazila Fisheries Department of Pirojpur organized a motivational meeting at the union level on Friday afternoon at Shialkathi Union Parishad premises under the conservation and development project of native species of fish and snails. UP Chairman Delwar Hossain Sikder presided over the function while Upazila Parishad Chairman Alhaj Abu Saeed Mia Manu spoke as the chief guest. General Secretary of Upazila Awami League Moniruzzaman Talukder Paltan, Deputy Director of Divisional Fisheries Department Anisur Rahman, District Fisheries Officer Abdul Bari and others spoke as special guests. Upazila Fisheries Officer Fani Bhushan Pal, UP member Mahmudul Hasan, Awami League leader Nasir Uddin, Dulal Biswas, social worker Gias Talukder, fisherman leader Abdul Wadud and Mohammad Shafiq spoke.
