In Bogra, the honest father suffocated and killed the child Samiul

Sanju Roy, Bogra: 10-year-old Madrasa student Samiul Islam Sabbir was killed by his stepfather in Shajahanpur, Bogra. To avenge his wife's divorce, the child was strangled and strangled to death. Within 6 hours of the incident, the Bogra district police revealed the murder mystery. Shahjahanpur police arrested the accused Sat Baba Fazlul Haque and his accomplice Anita Rani (35) on Tuesday afternoon. Fazlul is a resident of Kamalachapar and Anita Chelogram of Kharna Union. They worked as day laborers together. This information was given by District Superintendent of Police Sudip Kumar Chakraborty BPM in a press conference held at the meeting room of Bogra Superintendent of Police office on Wednesday morning. He told a press conference that the deceased Samiul Sajapur was a student of Talimul Quran Hafezia Madrasa in Purbapara. The accused went to the madrasa of Fazlul Shishu Samiul around 7:30 pm on Monday. Fazlul often came to the madrasa to inquire about Samiul. He told the madrasa teacher Abu Musa that he would take Samiul. However, according to the rules of the madrasa, it is forbidden to leave the students without the permission of the mother, so the madrasa teacher disagreed. At that time, Fazlul, according to his pre-plan, introduced Anita Rani as the mother of Shishu Samiul and talked to the madrasa authorities. After telling Samiul to go for a walk, Fazlul took him to Manikdipa pumpkin field in Shajahanpur and suffocated him to death. According to the Superintendent of Police, Samiul's mother Saleha Begum had earlier divorced her father Jahangir and married Fazlul Haque of Kharna Union in Shahjahanpur. Honest father Fazlul Samiul could not accept since marriage. He often tortured her physically and mentally to leave the child with Saleh's mother and sister. Even Fazlul Huq would keep Samiul out of the house at night, close the door and starve him without food. Earlier on Eid, when Samiul wanted to go for a walk with his mother, Fazlul beat them and sent them to Saleh's sister's house. Saleha divorced Fazlul on May 11 after seeing the plight of her child. When Eid resumed on May 14 at the madrasa, Saleha left the child Samiul there. However, Fazlul, angry that his wife had divorced him for the sake of an honest child, planned to kill Samiul and did so. Meanwhile, within 8 hours of receiving the news of the incident, under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police Ali Haider Chowdhury and Sharafat Islam under the direction of the District Superintendent of Police, and under the leadership of Shajahanpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge Abdullah Al Mamun, Bogra District Police was able to arrest the culprits. The real mystery of the murder has also been revealed. At the press conference, SP Sudip Chakraborty said that Fazlul had killed the child Samiul alone. Legal action will also be taken against the arrested Anita Fazlul for collaborating in the murder. He also said that the brutal murder of this 10-year-old child at the hands of an honest father in Shahjahanpur has really hurt everyone. Such images of child abuse are still seen in many parts of the city from the grassroots, but no one is open to save the family. He urged the people of all walks of life in Bogra to report any child abuse or crime to the police. SP Sudip urged all to be aware so that no other child dies prematurely in Bogra. He promised that the district police would always be by the side of common people. Earlier on Tuesday (May 16), Samiul's body was recovered from a vegetable field in Manikdwipa Uttarpara Battala village of Shajahanpur upazila.
